Process Analytics Role Overview

The Process Analytics Engineer will be a key member of the organization, supporting process mining and operational analytics initiatives. This role focuses on preparing and transforming operational data for use in process analytics, developing process mining models, and delivering actionable insights through dashboards and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the evaluation of process mining platforms.
  • Design and implement process mining models using comparable tools.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to understand operational workflows and data sources and translate them into event logs.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise systems.
  • Develop visualizations to illustrate process performance, KPIs, and automation opportunities.
  • Streamline workflows and integrate analytics into business processes using automation tools.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify process inefficiencies, compliance gaps, and automation opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of experience in process mining using Celonis or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, ETL, and data modeling.
  • Experience preparing event logs and operational datasets for analytics.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools for dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Ability to ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across analytics initiatives.
