Job Description

Our organization is dedicated to simplifying site planning and management through the use of integrated hardware and software products. These products empower project teams to map, measure, and manage site activity accurately.


As a talented Brand Designer, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across multiple channels. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams and the Senior Brand Designer to execute visually compelling designs across digital and print formats.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality design assets, including presentations, social media graphics, landing pages, digital ads, email banners, and sales collateral.
  • Contribute creatively to marketing campaigns, advertising programs, and brand initiatives.
  • Support the development of motion design assets, including storyboarding UI flows for motion designers.
  • Elevate our visual identity by ensuring brand consistency while introducing fresh, innovative approaches.
  • Solve problems creatively and take ownership of design projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate effectively in a remote environment, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years experience in a similar brand design position, working in-house or at an agency across both digital and print formats.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong brand design principles and craft, a modern aesthetic, creative thinking, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to follow creative direction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and receive feedback effectively.

Nice to Have:

While not mandatory, illustration skills and experience working in a design or advertising agency would be beneficial.
