">Key Responsibilities
">In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from prospective customers and upselling existing ones while providing customers information on client products and services. You will also be required to utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services.
">Additionally, you will be expected to listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues. You will also be responsible for researching systems to find missing information and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues as applicable.
">Candidate Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills. You will also need to have the ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
">You will also be required to have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and a basic understanding of Windows operating system. Additionally, you will need to be highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
