Job Responsibilities:

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing customer feedback from various internal and external channels. This valuable insight will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and champion the voice of the customer within our organization.

You will also ensure compliance with key initiatives by tracking complaints, reporting on status, and managing projects that mitigate issues for future customers.

Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in building a positive experience by disseminating best practices that result in a measurable reduction in negative comments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess creativity, proactivity, and a bias for action. A background in Marketing, Organizational Development, Psychology, or Customer Experience is highly desirable.

You should have exceptional project leadership skills, an eye for detail, and good-old-fashioned common sense.

Absolutely necessary are your ability to inspire others to action, influence without authority, and create Customer Journey Maps and Employee Journey Maps.

You should also have a passion for learning, excellent written communication skills, and good computer skills including Microsoft Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Additional requirements include exceptional research skills, a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
