Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Structural Detailer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and Revit models that meet the highest quality standards.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed structural drawings and Revit models
  • Quality check own work and project designs
  • Execute advanced model techniques and complex geometry
  • Ensure construction documents are accurately modeled
  • Develop special conditions and complex family creations
  • Presentation on considerations using 3D views
  • Follow BIM content standards and development procedures
  • Collaborate with project teams to obtain project information
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design
  • Minimum 3 years of full-time work experience in structural design
  • Experience in mid-sized structural projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of Tekla, SDS/2, and/or StrucSoft
  • Strong understanding of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and masonry design principles
  • Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
