As a fraud and investigation expert, you will play a critical role in maintaining trust and integrity by identifying fraudulent patterns and mitigating risks. In this senior analyst position, you will work closely with our team to analyze high-impact cases, develop strategic controls, and implement advanced fraud detection tools.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review transactions using various tools and technologies
  • Verify client statements and communicate with clients via phone calls
  • Collaborate with business units to address issues and questions regarding fraud-related processes
  • Work flexible hours, including overtime during high-volume situations

Required skills and qualifications include at least 2 years of experience in fraud operations, familiarity with fraud trends, electronic money transfers, and vendor transactions. Additionally, candidates should have a minimum of 6 months of experience handling client interactions via outbound and inbound calls, particularly in high-risk or sensitive cases. A college or university graduate with a degree in banking and finance, management, or a related field is preferred.
