Medical Information Specialist Opportunity

Seeking a Medical Information Specialist to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries regarding medical and safety information. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or website.
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to adverse event reports, special situation events, and product complaints.
  • Document and report all adverse events, pregnancy reports, and product complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain quality in all areas of the job, including performing quality checks on Adverse Events, Product Quality Complaints, correspondence, and enquiries logged into the Inquiry Handling Systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
