Are you a high-performing Amazon professional seeking a new challenge? We are looking for a talented individual to manage our Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts.

This is a full-time remote position that offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills in account management, customer service, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central account performance, including customer service and issue resolution.
  • Conduct daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions to improve seller performance metrics.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before they escalate.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability—owning your work.
  • Exceptional communication skills anticipating problems before they arise.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
