Junior Treasury Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the coverage of treasury operations, including global bank account management, treasury management system administration, and day-to-day activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily cash positions, reconciling variances between treasury transactions and statements, and resolving issues with banks and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and reconcile daily cash positions and variances between treasury transactions and statements.
  • Manage exceptions in the Treasury Management System and resolve issues with banks and vendors.
  • Ensure data integrity in the Treasury Management System and assist users with payment troubleshooting.
  • Support the maintenance and administration of bank accounts across multiple platforms and user setup.
  • Assist in managing global cash position reporting and analysis.
  • Execute treasury payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Resolve treasury requests and queries through our service desk.
  • Cover essential treasury and cash management issues for non-European time zones.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide necessary financial information and support.
Requirements:
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Recognized bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in treasury or finance, preferably in a large organization.
  • Experience in multicurrency bank accounts management and Treasury Management Systems.
  • Strong IT and Excel skills.
