This is a project-based role focused on identifying and implementing solutions to drive key metrics. As a Senior Operations Strategist, you will own and drive high-impact projects to improve the speed and other important sorting centre and middle mile KPIs.

You will deliver tangible outcomes through strong analytical skills, hands-on approach, and pragmatic decision-making. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage and drive a team of your own to achieve high-performing results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university
  • 4 to 5 years of relevant experience, with management consulting and operations experience being a plus
  • Excellent problem and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data analysis into clear and concise communications
  • Ability to build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences
  • Results-driven, flexible, and adaptable; capable of working in ambiguous situations in an extremely fast-paced environment

Prior experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Advanced Spreadsheet, and R/Python will be advantageous. Strong analytical and project management skills are also required.

Located in Podium, Mandaluyong, this role offers a competitive salary of PHP 250,000 - PHP 350,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to travel and work with a dynamic team.
