We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Durable Medical Equipment Specialist to join our team at Manpower Core Group Inc.
About the Role:- Cater to inbound and outbound calls, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process patient orders for durable medical equipment, supplies, and other miscellaneous items, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Service walk-in customers as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Take patients' orders for durable medical and respiratory equipment, repairs, supplies, and other miscellaneous items.
- Respond to patient/client questions and problems in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Gather all necessary information about referral, patient demographics, contact person, physician, diagnosis, discharge time and place, item(s) requested.
- Prepare intake, gather all necessary documentation, before delivery CMN, Rx, ABG, Care Plan, Auth, etc.
- Verify medical necessity with a physician, eligibility and coverage with Insurance and carrier according to guidelines or contract.
- Verify payer (with matrix), obtain authorization, expiration date, and verify patient demographics and prior equipment usage with the patient.
- Inform patient of financial responsibilities: copay, share of cost, deductible, etc.
- Enter data and each order (new or otherwise) in the system accurately and promptly.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Preferably CSR in Healthcare industry background.
- Willing to work in-center, Night shift schedule.
- Competitive Salary: PHP 30,000 - 40,000 per month (dependent on experience).
