We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Coatings Specialist to join our team at Luo City Spa Club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate and maintain all body shop equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Surface Preparation: Effectively remove rust, grease, and dirt from metal surfaces, creating a smooth foundation for coatings.
  • Coating Application: Mix and apply paint according to specifications, using sprayers or brushes as necessary.
  • Quality Control: Inspect coated units for quality, identifying and addressing any defects or imperfections.
  • Tool Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Cleaning: Maintain a tidy workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Safety Protocols: Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required, following manufacturer guidelines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarize yourself with and adhere to federal, state, and local regulations governing hazardous materials disposal and OSHA Right-to-Know.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience working with body shop equipment, coating applications, and surface preparation techniques.
  • Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with PPE usage, hazardous material handling, and OSHA protocols.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues, providing support and assistance when needed.
Benefits:

Luo City Spa Club offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
