About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at RCX Recruitment Inc. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our staff and executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Admin Manager in various administrative tasks
• Provide support to staff and executives
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients
• Maintain office equipment and supplies
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Assist with data entry
• Order office supplies
• Handle expense reports
• Greet visitors
• Coordinate office procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in admin & accounting
• A total of 6-10 years of experience as an admin / not a job hopper
• Experience in Japanese manufacturing or trading companies
• Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
• Good communication skills: both written and verbal communication

• Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with less supervision
