Job Overview:
Tahj/Nsdmm Management Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Preparing reports and presentations as required
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Performing other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management or Accounting, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on financial management
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and time management skills

- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
