Lead Business Intelligence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable analytics insights.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Design and implement dashboards and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in BI tools, data visualization techniques, and data analysis best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior team members in analytics and BI skills.
  • Evaluate and maintain the accuracy and integrity of all deliverables.

A successful Lead Business Intelligence Specialist should possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in creating and managing dashboards and visualizations. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
