Reporting Specialist Role
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Reporting Specialist to design and develop business intelligence reports.
- Design, develop, and implement Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics.
- Develop KPI reports using Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and advanced formulas.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Optimize data models and queries for performance and scalability.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including KPI dashboards, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, and advanced formulas and macros.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with database management systems.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
