Job Description">

Our organization seeks a skilled Medical Biller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching and correcting rejected claims and posting payments. You will also re-submit claims as required, update accounts receivable with new accounts or missed payments, and ensure clients are informed about their outstanding balances and debts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and correct rejected claims and post payments
  • Resubmit claims as required with supporting documentation as needed
  • Post payments or rejections received
  • Call payers and/or work on payer websites to status or reprocess claims as necessary to secure payment for claims
  • Bill Medicare, Medicaid and other insurance carriers
  • Update accounts receivable with new accounts or missed payments
  • Ensure all clients remain informed on their outstanding balances and debts
