Job Description
  • Create listing and transaction documents, including property information and sales data.
  • Prepare listings for multiple real estate boards by uploading accurate property information.
  • Maintain client databases, track lead generation, manage lead follow-ups, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Support email marketing efforts, managing campaigns and providing customer support via phone and email.
  • Monitor project deadlines, including lease expirations, termination letters, and possession dates.
  • Conduct market research on real estate trends, valuation methods, and comparable properties.
  • Handle financial tasks, such as invoicing clients and managing client accounts.
  • Assist with planning and executing virtual events, including event registration and logistics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
  • Excellent written and numerical skills for effective handling of administrative duties.
  • Ability to excel in independent work while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, evaluating potential solutions and achieving desired outcomes.
