Software Development Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development project manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring smooth collaboration with developers and translating business needs into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple software development projects, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience managing software development projects, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies and principles.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of coding languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
