As a strategic e-commerce leader, you will oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. This role requires a reliable and client-obsessed individual to drive results and improve the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies for Amazon account growth and improvement
  • Lead onboarding and manage brand milestones (30/60/90 days)
  • Coordinate internal teams (SEO, Design, Ads) to ensure project success
  • Resolve client issues through efficient communication and problem-solving
  • Ensure processes are followed for onboarding/offboarding
  • Contribute to quarterly performance reports and team updates
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear communicator and proactive problem-solver
  • Fluent in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom—or eager to learn
  • Reliable, thoughtful, and fast-moving under pressure
