Remote Amazon Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Amazon account manager to join our team. As an Amazon account manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts, including customer service. You will also conduct daily product listing checks to ensure accuracy and performance, respond to customer inquiries with clear and proactive communication, handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level, a deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis), detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability, exceptional communication skills, organized, efficient, and results-driven.
