Interior Design Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee interior design projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, coordination and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely delivery of interior design projects
  • Review and monitor the quality of design deliverables, including plans, project briefs, and marketing materials
  • Prepare necessary documents, such as ID recommendations, initial layouts, and contract agreements
  • Process accreditations, contracts, and billings for external consultants
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
Requirements:
  • Mid-senior level experience in design management and coordination
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools
