Job Opportunity

The role of an Operations Support Specialist involves providing high-level operational assistance to a business partner aiming for growth.

This position is pivotal in helping the business overcome current challenges by managing CRM tools and refining operational systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure accurate data entry and pipeline tracking.
  • Oversee and optimize key business processes related to property acquisition and disposition.
  • Work closely with the business partner to learn and take over operational responsibilities.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operational roles within the real estate industry, specifically in property acquisition and disposition.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, with demonstrated comfort using FreedomSoft or similar software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in managing and improving business processes and SOPs.
  • Able to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
