About This Position

This role is an excellent opportunity to join our Investor Services group and contribute to the success of our international finance team. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and daily updates of the aging report (Debtor Report).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on the Debtor Report.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of the aging report to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a Client Contact list to facilitate effective communication.
  • Provide detailed Statements of Account (SOA) and send payment reminders according to procedure.
  • Follow up with internal and external clients via email or phone as necessary.
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries (internal and external).
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Effectively complete other activities as directed by management from time to time.
  • Build strong relationships with all parts of the UK&I Businesses, delivering a well-respected and efficient service for the Credit Operations process.
  • Assist with driving process optimization across the Credit Control Function.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience with Credit Control/Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Strong business-to-business communication skills.
  • Experience in preparing reports for Internal and External Senior Management Level audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proactively takes ownership of work with a drive for results.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong MS Office & Computer Skills.
  • Understanding of multi-currency, working in a global environment.
  • Strong reconciliation skills.
  • High degree of professionalism.
