The successful candidate will work closely with customers or company relationship managers to collect outstanding payments and reconcile customer accounts in the AR module. This role involves assessing the creditworthiness of new and existing customers, managing credit limits, and reviewing the appropriateness of company credit policies in the current environment.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of accounts receivable processes
- Debtors invoicing and maintenance of accurate customer accounts in the AR module
- Timely collection of outstanding payments from customers in AUS, USA, and EUR
- Assessing creditworthiness of new and existing customers
- Managing credit limits and reviewing company credit policies
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounts receivable and credit management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They should be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate pro-activity and persistence in collecting monies from debtors.
