Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, and building strong brand communities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest. They will create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, sparks meaningful engagement, and drives brand loyalty.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop and write compelling, platform-specific content for social media channels.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Communications: Manage relationships with influencers and Amazon affiliates, ensuring prompt, warm, and brand-consistent communication.
  • Audience Growth through Strategic Engagement: Proactively grow our target audience by engaging with posts from affiliates, influencers, and community members who align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Content Planning and Calendar Management: Collaborate with the founder to co-develop the overall content calendar, ensuring alignment with brand priorities and upcoming campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to identify new opportunities and ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and influencer marketing.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative & strategic copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media captions, engaging newsletter content, thoughtful influencer outreach, and scroll-stopping video scripts.
  • Visual & editing proficiency, skilled in creating and editing content for Instagram (posts, Stories, Reels), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Organizational & planning excellence, demonstrated ability to build and manage content calendars, plan ahead for campaigns, and organize UGC and influencer content in a structured, timely, and strategic manner.
