Job Title: Social Media Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms, including community management in the beauty industry.

This is a fully remote position, and we welcome applicants from all corners of the globe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing content calendars, scheduling posts, and analyzing campaign performance to identify trends and optimize strategies for optimal results.

The successful candidate will have problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and efficiently, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns. Attention to detail is key to success.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for crafting engaging content that sparks conversations and fosters community engagement. You should have analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for optimal results.

Familiarity with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Canva, and the ability to adapt to emerging trends is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Executing 300+ posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Google My Business each month
  • Working directly with our team members to ensure strategy alignment
  • Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance
  • Providing detailed reports and actionable insights

The requirements for this role include:

  • 2 years+ experience managing and strategizing social media campaigns
  • Analytical prowess to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies
