About the Role

This position involves overseeing the company's social media presence and creating engaging content to attract followers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

The successful applicant will develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This may involve planning and creating weekly posts, maintaining daily stories, and growing the follower base.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Social Media Management and Content Creation
  • Manage multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistency and accuracy in branding and messaging
  • Develop and implement a content calendar to optimize posting and engagement
  • In-app Communications
  • Manage all communication channels within the app, providing timely and relevant information to users
  • Browse and test features regularly to identify areas for improvement
  • Other Marketing Initiatives
  • Create and distribute EDM newsletters to customers
  • Plan and execute monthly promotions to drive sales and growth
  • Brand Management
  • Ensure compliance with branding guidelines across all social media platforms

Requirements include 3-5+ years of experience in social media and marketing, excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, passion for customer service, and a friendly positive attitude. This role is virtual with occasional travel to Singapore.
