Electrical BIM Modeling Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeling Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and efficient electrical BIM models.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Operations Team to develop and maintain high-quality electrical BIM models, shop drawings, coordinated layouts, and prefabrication models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain accurate and efficient electrical BIM models.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of construction projects.
  • Develop and provide VDC modeling of electrical systems.
  • Create shop drawings and coordinated layouts for total stations.
  • Develop prefabrication models for the prefab department.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of modeling deliverables to support project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Associate level or higher degree in a related field such as architecture, engineering, or construction management.
  • Proven experience working with BIM software, preferably Revit.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
