We are seeking a skilled Estimator to perform accurate takeoffs and costing for projects involving electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize Planswift or Bluebeam to perform takeoffs and cost estimates.
  • Review and interpret architectural and electrical drawings, including reflected ceiling plans.
  • Identify and quantify lighting fixtures and controls from project documents.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports using Microsoft Excel.
  • Collaborate with the project team to verify and refine estimates.

Qualifications: Proficiency with Planswift or Bluebeam is mandatory. The ideal candidate should have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, background in architectural and electrical projects, experience in electrical lighting controls and reflected ceiling plans, and knowledge of lighting fixtures and controls for takeoffs.

Work Environment: Full-time | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. This position is 100% Remote / Work from Home.
