Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the customer service team
- Analyze and resolve complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or administrative roles
- Background or experience in either an insurance company or an outsourcing company doing life and/or health insurance operations
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
