Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Billings: Prepare and process daily billings to ensure client invoices are accurate, consistent with contractual requirements, and issued on a timely basis.
  • Billing Issues: Research and resolve billing, credit, and accounts receivable issues.
  • Account Reconciliation: Review and reconcile account balances in Accounts Receivable.
  • Customer Interface: Interface with internal customer service and support organizations on customer inquiries.
  • Process Improvement: Assess current billing operations, offer recommendations for improvement, and assist with implementing new processes.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members in AP and AR to assist with ad-hoc projects and miscellaneous tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Billing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in billing.
  • SaaS/Software Experience: Proficient in SaaS/software/technology, specifically MS Office.
  • Complex Contract Review: Solid understanding of billing and financial concepts, including complex contract review.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work in stressful situations with firm deadlines.
  • Decision Making: Capable of making timely, independent decisions.
  • Additional Skills: NetSuite and Salesforce.com experience is a huge plus.
