Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at AffinityX, a member of the Ayala Group of Companies. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients and their customers, providing timely and accurate information to support the creation of their websites and AudX products.
- Handle customer calls and email inquiries to gather pertinent business information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer-specific documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Document details of each call accurately, adhering to company guidelines.
- Work with internal teams to collect assets (logos, images, digital information) for website completion.
- Conduct research to capture customer information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels with accurate information.
- Assist and respond to teammates' product-related inquiries.
