About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at AffinityX, a member of the Ayala Group of Companies. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and internal ticketing systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for multiple clients and their customers, providing timely and accurate information to support the creation of their websites and AudX products.
  • Handle customer calls and email inquiries to gather pertinent business information, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of customer-specific documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Document details of each call accurately, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Work with internal teams to collect assets (logos, images, digital information) for website completion.
  • Conduct research to capture customer information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels with accurate information.
  • Assist and respond to teammates' product-related inquiries.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of solid call center agent experience (voice account).
  • Excellent customer service and support skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with strong grammar skills.
  • Highly motivated and energetic.
  • Willing to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
  • Open to a hybrid work arrangement (site location: Quezon City).
