  • Report any discrepancies using the NCD.
  • Collaborate on CAPA and CI initiatives.
  • Train new staff members and share best practices.
  • Generate daily/weekly reports on client queries, process updates, issues, and key highlights.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation as needed.
  • Create internal work logs for billing purposes.
