Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

A senior business analyst plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by translating business needs into actionable strategies. This esteemed professional will be responsible for collaborating with clients and technical stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop innovative analytical solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, coupled with a degree in business or IT, and previous experience working in the insurance industry. Additionally, they should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and experience in Agile and/or Scrum environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and develop effective analytical solutions.
  • Design and implement simple to complex business processes and system modifications.
  • Make recommendations to enhance and support business activities.
  • Gather business requirements through various techniques and analyze and document client needs.
  • Create test case scenarios and monitor testing to ensure all client requirements are incorporated into the system design.
  • Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support required modifications.
  • May oversee the planning, allocation, and monitoring of work for other business analysts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Business Analyst.
  • A degree in Business, IT or any relevant field.
  • Previous experience working in the insurance industry is mandatory (Insurtech or health insurance experience is preferred).
  • Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
