About the Role

Lead the development of a cohesive, long-term application architecture roadmap to drive strategic growth and innovation.

  • Define architectural frameworks, standards, and guiding principles to ensure technical excellence and scalability.
  • Act as the 'CEO' of the Common Domain, identifying shared requirements and creating foundational systems that support other business domains.
  • Ensure architectural decisions align with broader enterprise and technology goals to maintain competitiveness.
  • Makes high-level decisions on technology stacks and design approaches to optimize system performance and efficiency.
  • Evaluates and adopts emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements.
  • Governs and oversees architecture review processes and lifecycle standards to ensure consistency and best practices.
  • Partners with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Translates business requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Communicates architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • Mentors and guides the architecture team to encourage professional growth, skill development, and career advancement.
  • Promotes a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement to drive business success.
  • Aligns team resources with organizational priorities and key projects to maximize impact and ROI.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
