**Job Overview**
Ousian Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks.
- Provide technical support to staff or clients through various means, including face-to-face interactions and phone calls.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose hardware or software faults, and provide solutions.
- Document procedural steps and relevant reports as necessary.
- Follow instructions and diagrams to repair faults or set up systems.
- Respond to requests or incidents within agreed time limits.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS, SUCH AS THE INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM.
- Evaluate and test new technology when required.
**Requirements**
- A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support or an equivalent field.
**Education**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
