Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily AR & AP: Process check vouchers, monitor collections from clients, and ensure that all accounts payable and receivable are up-to-date.
  • Ensure Accuracy of Financial Reports: Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual & yearly compliance reports to regulatory bodies in a timely manner.
  • Bank Statement Management: Review and verify monthly bank statements to ensure accuracy and detect any discrepancies.
  • Provide Insights into Cash Flow: Prepare monthly reports on all accounts receivable and payable, providing valuable insights into our company's cash flow.

Requirements:

  • Strong BIR Compliance Knowledge: Must have extensive knowledge of BIR compliance regulations and be able to apply them in their work.
  • Meticulous Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
