Business Intelligence Developer

This role focuses on analyzing data to help organizations make informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to leverage tools like Microsoft Power BI to create insightful reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and operational metrics.
    • Create custom data models and calculations within Power BI to support advanced analytics requirements.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to prepare it for analysis and reporting.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify root causes, performance gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Solution Implementation:
    • Develop and optimize automated workflows and processes using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline data collection, report generation, and operational tasks.
    • Design and implement simple custom applications or forms using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance data capture or improve operational efficiency as needed.
  • Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:
    • Closely collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective data solutions.
    • Gather detailed requirements for new reports, dashboards, and automated tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of all data used for reporting and analysis.
    • Implement data validation processes and best practices to maintain high data quality standards.
