Job Opportunity: Pricing Associate Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Pricing Associate on a temporary basis.

About the Position:

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in processing price exceptions and addressing customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • This involves working closely with the commercial manager and higher management to ensure seamless execution of processes and meet service level agreements.
  • Utilizing our CRM system, the Pricing Associate will send contracts to potential customers for approved price exceptions.
  • The role requires strong communication skills to clarify data inputs and confirm decisions with sales teams.
  • Additionally, the Pricing Associate will coordinate feedback from centre teams to gain insight into local market conditions.
  • Flexibility is key, as the selected candidate must be willing to work a 24/6 operation schedule and adapt to changing shifts as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a contract, data, or commercial administrator.
  • Prioritization, pressure handling, and meeting deadlines are essential qualities required for this role.
  • Able to multitask, show initiative, and demonstrate strong independent teamwork skills.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills are a must.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with contract software and/or CRM systems is beneficial.
