We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Accountant.
About the Role:- As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our clients by providing exceptional accounting services.
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Manage and review the workload of other accountants to ensure high-quality work and meet deadlines
- Develop and implement accounting procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide expert advice on complex accounting matters and resolve issues that may arise
- At least 3+ years of experience in accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Intermediate to Advanced Xero software skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Ability to lead a small team and review work from other staff
