Job Title: Therapy Session Reviewer

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on therapy session reviews, ensuring all documentation complies with relevant standards.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to identify discrepancies and provide feedback to providers or clinicians regarding documentation errors or gaps.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify therapy session notes for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
  • Ensure all documentation complies with HIPAA, payer guidelines, and internal quality standards
  • Cross-check session details such as dates, times, duration, service type, and provider information
  • Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or potential compliance issues
  • Provide feedback to providers or clinicians regarding documentation errors or gaps
Requirements:
  • Must have working knowledge with US Healthcare
  • With back-office experience, preferably in a BPO or healthcare-related setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and documentation
  • Familiarity with insurance processes, medical-related industries, and ABA standards is highly preferred
