We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to perform takeoffs based on drawings, manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assemble estimates, and ensure all updates based on revised drawings are incorporated accurately.

The role requires excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct takeoffs based on received drawings
  • Send out and track RFPs to ensure timely responses
  • Assemble full estimates for each project with accuracy
  • Incorporate updates and changes based on revised drawings
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality work
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
