Sr. Scrum Master

">">Overview

The Sr. Scrum Master is a pivotal role in supporting our Engineering Scrum Teams, driving the development of high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Foster effective communication among team members, promoting collaboration and synergy.
  • Maintain project progress awareness for all parties involved, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders, addressing concerns and suggestions.
  • Advocate agile values, principles, and practices within the organization, promoting adaptability and continuous improvement.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other critical events.
  • Support Product Owners in refining, arranging, and optimizing product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Remove obstacles hindering team progress, addressing challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Adjust Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery as needed, adapting to changing circumstances.
  • Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities, ensuring seamless execution.
">Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role, demonstrating expertise and maturity.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, applying them effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex ideas simply and clearly.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification is highly preferred, showcasing commitment to professional growth.
