Senior Search Engine Optimization Specialist

We are looking for a professional to lead our search engine optimization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to drive traffic and increase revenue.
This role involves evaluating and analyzing websites using SEO tools to identify areas for improvement, communicating with partners to build relationships and negotiate link-building opportunities, and developing and implementing various types of link-building campaigns to improve website rankings.

- Take ownership of link-building for projects and ensure that all links are high-quality and relevant.
- Remove poor backlinks that may harm the website's reputation.
- Review competitors' backlink profiles to stay ahead.
- Perform research and competitor screenings to define target keywords.
- Conduct On-page SEO checks according to internal guidelines.
- Implement basic technical SEO to improve website performance.
- Ongoing page-content, element and meta tag optimisation to enhance user experience.
- Apply and optimize On-page SEO linking strategies to increase conversions.
- Communicate SEO 'fixes' to in-house teams and freelancers.
- Monitor and report task/project results to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices through regular learning sessions.
- Find resources to stay informed about SEO news and market evolution.
