SEO Coordinator Job Description

This role involves coordinating the implementation of search engine optimization strategies to enhance online visibility and drive website traffic.

  • Basic on-page SEO optimizations under supervision including meta tags, titles, and descriptions
  • Assist with content optimization based on keyword research provided by specialists
  • Support technical SEO implementations including schema markup and basic website updates
  • Assist with image optimization and alt-tag implementation
  • Monitor clients' ranking reports using rank tracking software and flag significant changes
  • Collect and compile data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Assist in creating client reports and data visualisation dashboards
  • Support monthly reporting processes and presentation preparation
  • Conduct initial keyword research and competitor analysis under guidance
  • Gather content ideas and topics for client blog calendars
  • Research potential link-building opportunities and compile prospect lists
  • Assist with technical SEO audit data collection and documentation
  • Manage SEO project timelines in project management tools and update task progress
  • Organise client assets, login credentials, and project documentation
