The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for coordinating routine and/or recurring recruitment processes, supporting candidates sourcing and search as per needs, and creating a recruiting approach and plan of actions for these roles.

This position requires strong communication skills, with the ability to advise hiring managers and support their preparation for recruitment steps. The ideal candidate will also have a strong sense of collaboration and teamwork, with the ability to drive their own development and improve service delivery levels.

We are seeking a candidate with a university degree and minimum of 4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience preferably from an FMCG, multinational company or shared service center. Experience in volume recruitment, high caliber selection, sourcing and talent pool building, KPI-driven recruiting, and interviewing techniques is essential.

Above average communication skills in English and a Level 3 in Mandarin are required, as well as good awareness of DE&I policies and practices.
