Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification at the construction site.
  • Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety standards.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs for workers and staff.
  • Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain safety documentation, reports, and records required by regulatory agencies.

Requirements:

  • Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or SO3 preferred)
  • BOSH/COSH certification
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry
  • Knowledge of DOLE, OSH, and other Philippine safety regulations
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to conduct safety training and risk assessments effectively
