Responsibilities:
- Transcription: Accurately transcribe client information, ensuring all details are recorded correctly
- Preparing paperwork: Organize and prepare necessary documents for clients, ensuring they are complete and accurate
- Scheduling consultations: Coordinate schedules with clients to ensure seamless communication and timely resolutions
- Emailing reports: Prepare and send weekly reports to clients, keeping them informed of progress and updates
- Updating virtual files: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, ensuring easy access to information
- Ongoing task list: Develop and maintain an ongoing task list to ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines
- Administrative tasks: Oversee and complete various administrative tasks as required by the role
Network Requirements:
A reliable 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection is mandatory for this role, as it requires secure and fast communication with clients. USB sticks, signal-based connections, and wireless connections are not permitted.
