Insurance Business Development Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at Hunter's Hub Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the GI Renewal Services team in reviewing and segregating renewal master lists, releasing accurate and timely renewal notices, and ensuring the efficiency of backend support for renewal processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and segregate renewal master lists for all CB Branches
- Release accurate and timely renewal notices
- Ensure the efficiency of backend support for renewal processes
- Monitor the performance of renewals on a month-to-month basis
- Enhance renewal for GI distributors and customers by introducing new renewal initiatives
- Perform customer retention GI call-outs to GI customers of specific GI Distribution Channels and accounts
- Address simple business and operational issues and recommend actions to resolve complex matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Insurance-related field
- At least 2 years of experience in General Insurance or Back Non-Life Business
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Tec savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Tools
- Background in Call-Center Experience is a plus
- Background/Familiarity in GenWEB, SCRM, Purecloud is a plus
